Return & Refund Policy

All swimwear and final sale items are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.

For all other merchandise, our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Please note: Certain items are not eligible for return, including intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

For all return or exchange inquiries, please email support@velournewyork.com with the following information:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Billing and shipping address


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt and informing you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company — processing times may vary

  3. Contact your bank — some refunds take time to post

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund.
Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email support@velournewyork.com with your order details.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your return is approved for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund total.

For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
